the date is set

the doc's office called me and the surgery date is set: august 7th. i have a little less than two weeks until i go under the knife. the doc told me i should be careful with the knee, make sure the swelling goes down and work on getting full extension of my knee and as much range of motion as i can. i almost have full range of motion, so i don't think it'll be too tough.
